The 2010 Fact Book, set for release in early Fall 2010, studies even more administrators and expands the technology and service matrices.
Carbon also frequently develops free white papers for its users to better understand the service provider industries in the hedge fund space.
In July, 2010, we launched our Carbon360 Fund Administration Market, an online matchmaking tool that simplifies the process for funds looking for an administrator. This is the first service that allows funds to sign up and request exactly what they are looking for from an administrator, and allows administrators to submit their strengths, capabilities, and marketing material to compete for fund business. Carbon360 will then review all submissions and select the best-fitting group of administrators for the fund. The process keeps hedge funds anonymous until they choose to contact an administrator to progress with negotiations.
